The Rub Kitchen was founded by Terry Mitchell, who gained years of experience in professional kitchens, including those of the InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam and Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. From this experience arose the need for spice rubs that consistently deliver the same quality and taste.
