3 days before the match

1.5 hours before kick-off

45 min before kick-off
Wings on the BBQ: 20 minutes indirect at 180°C, 5 minutes direct. No BBQ? Oven at 185°C convection, 25 minutes, last 5 minutes grill on for a crispy bark. Then rest for 5 minutes.
